What You’ll Do:
* Design, simulate and develop RF & mmWave circuits, components and subsystems
* Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and fault‑finding
* Carry out RF measurements, validation and characterisation of prototypes and production hardware
* Support the transition from design to manufacture, ensuring yield and performance
* Produce design documentation, test plans, reports and results
* Collaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineers
* Provide technical input to projects, RFQs and customer engagements
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
* Strong background in RF design, simulation and test
* Confident using RF lab equipment and measurement techniques
* Understanding of design for manufacture and production support
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance
* Engineering qualification (degree or equivalent experience)
