Role Overview:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production lines and equipment. This includes operating machinery, fault finding, handling changeovers, basic maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Hours and Pay Rates:
* Shift Pattern:4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)
* Shift Times:6am6pm and 6pm6am (12-hour shifts)
* Breaks:2 x 30-minute paid breaks per shift
* Days Only Rate:£15.34 per hour up to 48 hours; £23.01 per hour for overtime
* Days + Nights Rate:£16.87 per hour up to 48 hours; £25.31 per hour for overtime
