Provide efficient administrative support across the business to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and send order acknowledgements to customers accurately and promptly.
Track quotes and report on customer conversions.
Communicate effectively with sales, accounts, and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines.
Maintain organised records and documentation to support operational efficiency.Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proactive, resilient, and motivated individual with a commercial mindset.
