Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
Step into a senior leadership role as Third in Charge, supporting the management team in delivering outstanding Early Years provision. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards and supporting staff development.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
* Proven experience in a senior practitioner or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
* Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards
* Lead and mentor nursery practitioners
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Support staff training and development
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
* Build positive partnerships with parents and families
* Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence
