Rayne Ward provides in-patient surgical, urological and gynaecological care. A separate outpatient unit for early pregnancy and emergency gynaecology care is based on the unit, with whom we work closely with.

Main duties of the job
Duties will include but are not limited to:
 * Welcoming and directing patients, visitors and staff visiting the ward
 * Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
 * Clerical duties relating to documentation for patients including their admission paperwork, clinical notes, filing etc
 * Other duties of a clerical nature which may be delegated from time to time
 * Requesting and returning notes
 * Using the electronic patient record system (Currently Lorenzo)
 * Maintain patients confidentiality and Information Governance
 * Be a productive member of the multi-disciplinary team
This post is Monday-Friday, but we welcome requests for flexible working. Mondays and Fridays will be essential working days.
