We are looking for a skilled Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our Derby workshop, carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bodyshop technician to work in a modern, professional repair environment.
Key Responsibilities (Panel Technician Derby)
14. Perform structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Repair, replace, and align panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Carry out MIG/MAG welding and panel straightening
17. Use modern tools and techniques to deliver high-quality body repairs
18. Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards
19. Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
20. Proven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater
21. Background in bodyshop or accident repair environments
22. Skilled in panel repair, alignment, and welding (MIG/MAG)
23. ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential)
24. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
25. Team-focused with a strong work ethic
