Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day care of young people in our care. You will ensure smooth operation of the Home, support the staff team and uphold our high care standards. You will delegate duties and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers as required. Your role is to build relationships with young people, provide compassionate support and inspire colleagues through supportive leadership.

Qualifications
