We’re looking for compassionate, friendly individuals who want to give our young people the best possible chance to succeed.
Do not worry if you don’t have any experience working with children – we will provide all the support and training you need to build a fulfilling career, including fully funded qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Help with day‑to‑day activities such as getting the young people washed, dressed and out to school.
* Take the young people on days out (theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, zoos).
* Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children.
* Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home.
* Support the Registered Home Manager to ensure a warm and nurturing environment that aligns with Aspris’ core values.
* Work on a 9‑week rolling rota – Early shifts 7:30–14:30, Late shifts 14:00–22:00.
* A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
