Hays Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in South Manchester. This role is to start ASAP and will run for the remainder of the academic year, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. You'll join a supportive department and play an active role in helping students achieve positive progress in their maths learning. Behaviour is excellent and boasts a supportive and inclusive environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
Ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons
Effective classroom and behaviour management
A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
