💼 Why this role could be your next move
This role is ideally suited to an established commercial finance professional who trained in audit and built a strong controls mindset earlier in their career, and who has since moved into a senior finance business partnering role. You'll operate at the centre of the business, working closely with Divisional CEOs and operational leaders, influencing decisions across a sizeable £250m division.
The position offers genuine commercial exposure, senior stakeholder interaction, and the opportunity to shape financial performance in a complex, regulated environment - while still valuing the discipline and rigour that comes from an audit-trained background. For someone already operating in commercial finance and looking to step into a higher-impact, more visible role with greater scale and influence, this represents a compelling next move within a global reinsurance brokerage.
