We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your role
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and establishing a strong market presence. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities, manage digital and offline campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to promote the hotel's services, events, and unique offerings.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive occupancy, event bookings, and brand awareness.
* Managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, SEO, and email campaigns.
* Overseeing the creation of promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
* Collaborating with the sales, events, and revenue teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
* Managing hotel partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
* Analyzing market trends, guest demographics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* Coordinating public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.
* Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Budgeting and managing marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
* Ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the hotel’s brand positioning and business goals.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:
* Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and online advertising.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong ability to engage audiences.
* Analytical mindset with experience in measuring marketing performance and ROI.
* Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
