Are you a 3D visualiser with excellent modelling, visualisation, and video skills, eager to help win high-value demolition and enabling works projects?

This company is a leading demolition and waste management specialist operating across the South of England, providing demolition, enabling works, waste management and recycling services to commercial, industrial, and construction clients. They are known for their strong reputation, focus on sustainability, and investment in their people.
In this role you will support the work-winning team by managing tender portals and submissions, preparing compliant bid documents, and creating 3D models, visuals, and walkthroughs of demolition and enabling works. You will coordinate inputs from estimating, operations, and H&S teams, maintain bid libraries, and prepare handover packs for successful bids.
This role would suit a 3D Visualiser keen to learn bid management, with strong 3D modelling skills, and a keen eye for detail.
The Role:
Create 3D models, visuals, and video walkthroughs for bids
Prepare compliant bid documents, including PQQs and EOIs
Coordinate inputs from estimating, operations, and H&S teams
Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation
Prepare handover packs for successful bids
Manage tender portals, deadlines, and submissionsThe Person:
Strong IT and 3D software skills (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Willing to learn bid and tender preparation
