Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate information.
* Analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
* Able to meet targets
* Upsell products or services when appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals.
* Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
* Proficiency in English is essential
* Strong phone etiquette skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for callers.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Experience in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
* Previous experience in upselling or sales within a call centre environment is an advantage.
As our ideal Call Centre Confirmer, you will have a clear and concise telephone voice, You must be reliable, conscientious and hardworking with good attention to detail and a high regard for customer care. Essentially you will have experience of a call centre environment, and making appointments.
