Role Overview
If you have a passion for fire safety, an eye for detail, and enjoy task completion, this role offers a great opportunity to start your career in fire safety. You will develop knowledge of fire safety regulations, assist in compliance, and receive full training and support, including external qualifications for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Inspect communal areas of our blocks to ensure compliance with legislation
* Visit all blocks weekly or monthly and record inspections
* Assist the Fire Safety Team with tasks such as allowing contractor access and installing fire safety signage
* Achieve customer satisfaction and manage associated risks
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in completing inspections or audits
* High standard of customer care and service
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
* Interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues and customers
* Knowledge of Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order 2005) and best practices (desirable)
* Fire Safety qualifications / NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (desirable)
* Valid driving license (full)
