NHS Scotland is committed to equality and diversity. An opportunity has arisen to work in our busy Radiography Department based at Caithness General Hospital, Wick. The imaging team is dedicated to excellence and high standards. This is a part-time permanent post of 14.8 hours per week, to be worked on Wednesdays and Fridays each week. Based within Caithness General Hospital, there may be occasions where duties arise at our peripheral site in Golspie.
You will be assisting patients, Sonographers, Radiographers and Radiologists when undertaking a range of Diagnostic Imaging techniques throughout the Department. Maintaining patient dignity and comfort is essential. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and caring team player who can provide assistance and reassurance to service users during what can be a challenging time. Communication skills are essential.
