The Junior Specialist PPC supports Booking.com's business growth through paid search marketing to help achieve ambitious performance targets for transaction growth globally, whilst maintaining Return on Investment targets. This role will assist in managing the implementation of Booking.com's paid search strategy, involving the management of campaign performance and trend analysis, increasing the visibility of the brand online and coordinating successful PPC campaigns while integrating significantly with the rest of the PPC team.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
* Build, develop and maintain search engine marketing campaigns across a wide range of search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu)
* Assist more senior team members in execution of more sophisticated projects
* Own and execute simple projects related to PPC campaigns end-to-end
* Possibly own smaller search engines such as Naver or Baidu with assistance
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English is crucial; other languages are a plus
* Education to at least degree level or equivalent (preferred)
* 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, PPC preferred
* Strong data‑driven decision‑making and quantitative/analytical skills
* Results‑ and delivery‑focused mindset
* Good understanding of online/search marketing techniques
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* SQL querying preferred
