Working alongside the After School Care Manager, you will help deliver a safe, caring and stimulating after‑school provision. You will support children’s wellbeing and development through structured activities and positive engagement, while ensuring a high standard of care at all times.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Friday 3.30pm – 5.00pm
Term Time Only
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise children during after‑school sessions
* Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities
* Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
* Support children’s physical, emotional and social development
* Act as a positive role model at all times
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies
* Communicate effectively with staff, parents and carers
* We are looking for someone who is:

* Creative, flexible and able to use initiative
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Requirements
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above)
Must be aged 17 or over
Previous experience or childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
