Talent Manager - Fitness, Food & Dig Creators
Location: London | On site
Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
Our client is looking for a dynamic, creator-focused Talent Manager to manage a roster of fitness, food, wellness, and lifestyle digital creators. This role requires strong industry awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide creators through both the business and creative aspects of their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of fitness, food, and digital creators
* Advise talent on content strategy, brand identity, audience engagement, and long-term career planning
* Secure sponsorships and collaborations with brands in fitness, wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, health, and consumer goods industries
* Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for creators while aligning with brand expectations
* Oversee the execution of brand campaigns from start to finish
* Maintain organized calendars, deliverables, and communication logs for each creator
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 2 - 3 + years experience in digital talent management
* Strong understanding of fitness, food, wellness, and digital creator niches, including current trends and key players
* Proven track record of developing and monetizing talent careers
* Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
