Facilities managementpany recruiting for a facilities coordinator to join their busy team. Ensuring the smooth running of thepany’s buildings, services and facilities, ensuring maintenance meets operational standards.

Your new role

1. First point of contact for facilities queries and maintenance requests
2. Managing suppliers and contractors
3. Monitoring building systems
4. Providing support for health & safetypliance
5. Processing purchase orders and invoices
6. Administration around maintenance schedules and asset inventory
7. Assisting with any office moves and work station set ups

What you'll need to succeed

8. Previous experience in facilities is essential.
9. Strongmunication skills with customer focus
10. Ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
11. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks with changing demands
12. Knowledge of health & safety andpliance standards
13. Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems
14. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications desirable
15. Experience of managing service contracts and suppliers

What you'll get in return

Full-time role, 8am till 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

£ per hour plus holiday pay
ASAP start
Temp role initially till the end of Feb 2026.
