Role Overview
The Development Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of property development projects from acquisition feasibility through to project delivery and handover. You’ll play a key role in driving value, managing risks, and ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and brand standards.

Essential:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in property development or real estate project management
* Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-end developments
* Familiarity with UK development regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
* MRICS / MCIOB / similar qualification
* Experience in residential-led mixed-use or hospitality schemes
* Track record in boutique or design-led developments
