Structural Engineer - All Levels • Permanent • Cambridge • £36,000 - £65,000
This premier, developer led structural consultancy with a reputation for excellent design and project delivery based across the UK have established a Cambridge office and are looking for Structural Engineers at all levels due to a continuing uplift in demand for their designs in Cambridge and London.
They work on projects ranging in value from £5m to £350m and have a reputation for working with the best architects in the world. Among their projects are complex architecturally challenging projects, to multi-storey towers to prestigious refurbishments. They are 300 staff strong in the UK and employ BIM level 2 practices on all of their projects.
Responsibilities
* Contribute as a structural engineer from graduate to senior level on projects with all-round design skills using traditional materials.
* Engage in project design development and communicate effectively in meetings with stakeholders.
* Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality structural solutions on time.
* Be based within a commutable distance to Cambridge city centre and support the Cambridge office needs.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience as a structural engineer from graduate to senior level with ability to handle structural projects and design challenges.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort in meetings.
* Experience with traditional materials; BIM level 2 practices on projects (as used by the employer).
* Open to development opportunities and pursuing chartership (support available).
