The Buyer leads day-to-day procurement activities, including stock planning, purchasing, sourcing, negotiating and order placement. Working cross-functionally with other teams to optimise stock levels, quality, cost and lead time. Adoption of a Kaizen mindset is essential to help us deliver continuous improvements, cost-saving initiatives and sustainability within the supply chain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processing/monitoring SO’s for intercompany business and PO’s for the vendors, maintaining accurate records of orders, prices and delivery schedules in the ERP system.
