Internet Problem Order Operative
Department – Internet
Responsible to: Shift Supervisor
Location: Kingsway Distribution Centre
Role Overview:
We are seeking candidates to identify potential issues in the Internet Department, ensuring a solution is provided to prevent these from occurring. To work to resolve issues should they arise, ensuring that these are fully resolved, with the key focus being on the level of customer service provided.
Some of the key responsibilities:
* To diagnose and troubleshoot potential problems before they arise
* To deal with a variety of operational process problems as they arise
* To read the workflow and make decisions based on factual data
* To interpret data effectively
* To clear down aged stock
* Liaising with stock control and other key departments such as Customer Services to ensure that issues are fully resolved
* To meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service, as it relates to product fulfilment
* To be able to work without supervision and manage own workload
* To be able to deal with any other reasonable requests in line with the needs of the business
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (across all levels), able to liaise with confidence and tenacity
* Enthusiastic, and the ability to motivate others
* Able to work on own initiative, taking accountability for own actions
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and goals
* Be able to demonstrate problem-solving, researching, and analytical skills
* Highly flexible
* Be fully computer literate and comfortable working with various software systems
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent numeracy skills
* An understanding of procedures and goals relating to the Internet department
