About the role

We’re on the lookout for caring and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to provide day cover across supportive schools in Ilford. You’ll help pupils with additional needs feel included, confident, and ready to learn — every day is a fresh opportunity to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to encourage engagement and progress
* Promoting positive behaviour and a calm learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in schools or care settings)
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
* Adaptability to different classrooms and age groups
