About the role
As a Manager, you'll join a collaborative team focused on helping clients solve complex business and technology challenges, from strategy through to execution. The team brings together consulting and industry experience to deliver practical, high‑quality solutions across financial and operational systems.
In this role, you'll take ownership of client engagements, analyse complex issues and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders while also playing a key role in developing junior colleagues.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, client‑driven environments, combining technical expertise with strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
What your days will look like:
You'll play a key role in delivering high‑impact client work, including:
1. Managing multiple client engagements and supporting Senior Managers and above
2. Analysing complex ideas and proposals to develop meaningful recommendations
3. Using insights from systems, data and stakeholder input to inform solutions
4. Coaching and supporting junior team members in their development
This role is for you if:
5. You must possess a CA, ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CISA qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
6. You have experience evaluating technology that supports financial or operational systems and related business processes
7. You have experience auditing IT systems and technology‑enabled environments
8. You have experience managing or developing junior colleagues
9. You have worked in complex environments within large organisations
10. You have strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills
