£24,250 + up to £3,000 commission
Key Responsibilities
* Client onboarding and contract management: Support new clients brought on by business development teams, issue and coordinate contracts and documents to clients, support with client onboarding and setting up accounts in our CRM.
* Property listing, data and CRM management: Upload and meticulously maintain accurate property listings. Administer the admin web portal, ensuring the data is correct. Maintain high standards of account data in our CRM. This also involves supporting Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
* Client liaison and support: Manage email inboxes, dealing with client enquiries, and liaise with clients to understand their administrative needs, ensuring they are delivered, collaborating closely with both the Account Managers and Business Development team.
* Utility order processing and sales support: Ensure the accurate addition of utility orders. There will also be an opportunity to sell B2C during busy times and earn commission.
Skills And Experience
* 1+ year of administration experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, target‑driven B2B and B2C sales environment.
* Professional and courteous telephone manner, exceptional customer service focus and ability to quickly build rapport and relationships.
* Excellent written communication, proofreading and numeracy skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
* Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous CRM – Salesforce – experience preferred but not essential (training will be given).
* Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
