Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swindon for a Welder Fabricator. The Welder Fabricator will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks as per project requirements. This includes reading and interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, welding components, and ensuring the finished product meets quality standards. Daily tasks may also include maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
* Experience with metal fabrication, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in welding and fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Experience in powder coating is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in welding and fabrication
