IT Technicians — Hive IT Support
Hive IT Support is excited to announce multiple openings for IT Technicians. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team, with specific roles available for the Hampshire area as well as the West Sussex area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Travel to client sites within either Hampshire or West Sussex, depending on the role, to deliver on-site technical support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems and software.
Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure top-notch service.
Document all support activities and site visits accurately.
Collaborate with the broader IT team to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region (Hampshire or West Sussex).
Experience in first-line IT support and helpdesk ticket management.
A valid UK driving licence.
