Defending professional negligence claims against contractors and construction professionals

Advising leading insurers, brokers and international construction and engineering firms

Supporting on insurance-related disputes and policy coverage matters

Working closely with ranked partners on high-value and high-profile matters

Building strong client relationships while developing your own market profile and network

What experience is required....

•

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive circa 1–4 PQE
• Strong construction and engineering disputes background
• Professional negligence disputes experience
• Insurance or policy coverage experience, ideally
