Make By Design are designers and manufacturers of bespoke joinery based in Yate, Bristol. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our team for an immediate start.
The Role:
You will be working within our workshop manufacturing high-quality bespoke items including:
* Cabinets
* Bars
* Counters
* Bespoke fitted furniture
* Other custom joinery projects

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in bench joinery (qualification preferred)
* Skilled and confident using workshop machinery
* Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about craftsmanship
* Ability to work to high standards and meet deadlines
* Own basic set of tools (workshop machinery and tooling provided)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* CSCS card preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
