We are seeking a professional, compassionate
Medical Administrator to join our team. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties,
providing essential support to clinical staff across our St Helier and St Brelade surgeries.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, booking and managing appointments, taking payments,
handling calls, post and faxes, scanning and updating patient records, and supporting referral
letters. Strong communication, IT skills, organisation and the ability to work in a busy environment
are essential. We offer a competitive remuneration package including an annual performance-
