Recruitment Solutions are looking for an exprienced Office Administrator for a busy transport office. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Working hours Monday to Friday (Apply online only). Pay rate £13.42-14.02 p/h paid weekly
Please note OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL due to the location and start times.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general clerical support to the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
