Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.
7. Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval
8. Processing monthly payment runs
9. Updating the cashbook on their accounting system.
10. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
11. Handling general enquiries
12. Preparing commission statements efficiently.
13. Loading sale invoices
14. Assist with debt collecting
15. Overseeing the sales statement process
What We're Looking For:
16. Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
17. Proficiency in using Sage software is beneficial
18. An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial
19. Exceptional communication skills
20. Strong organisational skills and effective time management
