Full Time Experienced Valuer/Senior Sales Negotiator
is required working five days a week Monday to Saturday at our very busy
Northfield
office.
The ideal applicant should be capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure.
You will be required to
generate viewings
,
carry out
valuations
, and
list properties
for market. Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful and polite manner. Follow up viewings and generate leads to help office achieve targets. Own diary management essential with good work ethic being self-motivated and well organised.

Requirements and Skills –
Listing and valuing experience preferred of min one year
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Confident telephone manner
