The Role: We’re seeking a commercially-savvy Senior Account Executive who excels at understanding complex client challenges and turning these insights into strategic sales opportunities. This role combines deep consultative expertise with strong commercial acumen, focusing on relationship-building, deal closure, and account growth. What you'll do: Consultative Sales & Key Account Management Deeply understand clients' complex operational challenges within infrastructure, construction, and real estate sectors. Use consultative selling techniques to identify, develop, and close opportunities that align with client needs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to drive strategic account growth. Proactively seek opportunities for upselling and account expansion based on client insights and industry trends. Commercial Strategy & Deal Execution Lead full-cycle strategic sales processes, from discovery and proposal creation through to negotiation and deal closure. Develop compelling, tailored proposals clearly demonstrating business value and strategic alignment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, client onboarding, and satisfaction. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal product and technical teams, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Provide strategic client insights to influence ongoing product innovation and improvements. Support effective client adoption and continued use through targeted training and ongoing consultative support. What you bring: Essential Experience: 3 years of proven experience in consultative selling, enterprise account management, or strategic commercial roles. Demonstrable success in managing, growing, and expanding complex client accounts. Relevant experience within built environment industries (construction, infrastructure, real estate) preferred. Core Competencies: Strong consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex client problems into clear commercial opportunities. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities. Commercially astute with a track record of closing significant deals and driving revenue growth.
