Sensible IT Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our team. We provide a wide range of technology services — from Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions to VOIP, web development, and managed hardware — and we’re looking for someone who can help drive new business and develop long‑term client relationships.
About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and promoting our full range of IT services and solutions. You’ll need strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate IT concepts into clear business value for customers.
This is a client‑facing role, so professionalism, confidence, and excellent presentation are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building
* Form a good working relationship with clients
Promote our services including:
* Microsoft 365
* VOIP & Telephony solutions
* Website development & hosting
* IT support packages
* Hardware supply (PCs, laptops, servers, networking equipment)
* Conduct on‑site meetings, assessments, and presentations
* Create proposals and quotes tailored to client needs
* Work closely with our technical team to ensure accurate scoping and delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Strong understanding of IT systems, IT services, and general hardware
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Smart, well‑presented, and able to build trust with clients
* Clean UK driving licence
* Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (we work with schools and educational establishments)
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing your own workload
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt — qualifications are welcome but not essential
* Represent Sensible IT Solutions professionally at all times
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
* Previous IT sales or account management experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing
* Knowledge of VOIP platforms (e.g., 3CX, Teams Phone, hosted PBX)
* Experience in managed IT services or technology environments
