Qualifications & Requirements
* A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Electrical Engineering
* Substantial, relevant industry experience
* Experience in FE ideally
* A teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
* Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
* Professional communication and relationship‑building skills
* Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
* Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
