What You’ll Be Doing
As a Camp Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the camp. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising daily operations, ensuring the camp runs safely and efficiently.
* Managing safeguarding procedures and acting as the main point of contact for any concerns.
* Taking daily registers, tracking attendance, and ensuring all children are accounted for.
* Preparing and serving meals for the children (food safety training provided).
* Supporting or leading groups of children through structured, tech-based activities.
* Overseeing staff and providing guidance, ensuring all activities are engaging and well-managed.
* Communicating with parents and carers as needed, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Setting up and maintaining equipment, ensuring everything is ready for daily activities.
