We are actively seeking Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, EMEA. Qualified candidates can work remotely in the UK.

Position Summary

Our Senior Digital Marketing Manager will plan, organize, build, execute, test and report on SEM, remarketing, prospecting/display, native, programmatic and social media paid campaigns across all channels, lines of business, across the EMEA region. This is an important, visible role within the marketing team and will work heavily with Rimini Street teams cross-functionally. This role requires analytical and organizational skills to be able to work on multiple projects at once. This role also requires knowledge of industry best practices as it relates to technology integration and helps with process improvements and recommendations for global roll-out of processes. Must be a great communicator and presenter.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, execute, test and report on SEM (Google), Remarketing, Prospecting/Display, Native, Programmatic and Social Media (LinkedIn/Twitter/Reddit/YouTube) paid campaigns across all channels, and lines of business.
2. Understand and inform organization on industry best practices as it relates to digital marketing technology and integration. Includes but not limited to app lead generation forms, UTM parameter tracking etc.
3. Create, train and document all EMEA digital campaign execution processes
4. Effectively communicate with agencies on campaign execution. Includes ensuring strategy is clearly communicated, organize execution BOM and document learnings
5. Liaison with global teams and agencies on access, training, and best practices
6. Will work with Rimini Street’s global teams on global campaign execution when required
7. This role must be able to understand metrics and reporting on all campaigns and provide actionable insights to increase ROI
8. Contribute to a disciplined and metrics-based approach to measure effectiveness and campaign KPIs and ROI tied to business objectives and be able to communicate to the team
9. Help define, build, and interpret actionable closed-loop reporting dashboards together with demand-based analytics team from a response to a won account (Full Circle)
10. Analyze ongoing performance metrics; prepare and communicate reports on a weekly and monthly basis and provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
11. Serve as a digital marketing subject matter expert, keeping on top of trends, best practices, and changes in the media space
12. Serve as AI for marketing subject matter expert, assisting team to implement tools and processes as required
13. Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure process alignment (campaigns, content, PR, solutions marketing, website, creative services, etc.)

Experience

14. 8+ years of direct experience in managing paid media/digital marketing in the B2B space
15. Experience in B2B advertising, paid search, remarketing, prospecting/display, third party media buying, content syndication and paid social media (specifically LinkedIn and Google)
16. Experience managing large B2B, multi-product, multi-regional campaigns across EMEA
17. Experience working with multiple products, multiple geographies and multiple lines of business
18. Experience working with and managing a digital agency a plus

Qualification & Skills

19. Must be able to use Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ad Tools, WordPress, and various project management tools
20. Must understand in app lead generation form integration - Must be able to work with international teams on an ongoing basis
21. Strong project management skills
22. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at a business and strategic level
23. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on performance and financial data
24. Must be a great communicator, storyteller and presenter
25. Exceptional communication skills and be able to create and present to stakeholders on the best practices, value and ROI of our paid campaigns
26. A successful track record of creating and executing paid campaigns internationally
27. Effectively communicate, educate and demonstrate the value of digital marketing to our international stakeholders
28. Proven ability to be both strategic and execution focused
29. Must be highly motivated, energetic, collaborative, and positive
30. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, superior time management, and the ability to work independently and with teams
31. Flexibility to adapt to constant change and work within a matrix organization
32. European languages a plus but not required

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
