Bank Team Leader
Salary: £15.08 per hour
Working Hours: Bank Contract As/When needed in service
Prestemede is looking for a Residential Team Leader. You will join a team fully committed to delivering high‑quality care for older people in residential care.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure family and friends feel welcomed.
* Keep Line Manager informed about residents’ needs and progress.
* Follow guidelines and policies easily.
* Write up care plans.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) completed or in progress.
