Can you work at a senior level to shape and deliver impactful digital journeys?
Responsibilities
* Lead the way in improving a key part of the customer journey, used by thousands of people, shaping and delivering features that release real business and customer value.
* Manage the roadmap and backlog, facilitate design and ideation sessions, and collaborate with engineering, UX, research, and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver customer-first digital solutions.
* Engage with stakeholders to align on business requirements and product design.
Qualifications
* Strong background in digital e-commerce and customer experience design
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Ability to align product vision with business strategy and customer outcomes
Working arrangement
Hybrid working with offices in Bournemouth or London, typically 2 days per week.
