We're now looking for a motivated and friendly Trainee Property Manager to join our Glasgow team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in property management within a supportive, down-to-earth working environment.
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn how to manage a portfolio of residential developments — combining office work with regular site visits. Over time, you'll progress to a Property Manager role and take full ownership of your own portfolio.
What you'll do:
* Assist in the day-to-day management of residential developments.
* Carry out site visits and prepare detailed inspection reports.
* Meet contractors, obtain quotes, and review maintenance work.
* Advise on reactive and proactive property maintenance.
* Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing clear updates.
* Attend homeowner meetings and prepare minutes.
* Help review contractor invoices and quarterly client accounts.
* Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service to homeowners.
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication skills — verbal and written.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Confident problem solver with a proactive attitude.
* Smartly presented and takes pride in delivering best in class service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with new systems.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (preferred).
* Previous customer service experience (desirable).
