We are seeking a professional and experienced Property Manager to step into a Team Leader role within an established residential lettings team. You will manage your own portfolio while supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a team of 20.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a smaller portfolio: handle maintenance, liaise with tenants and landlords, coordinate contractors, and process invoices
* Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and resolution
* Monitor team performance and workloads to prevent backlogs
* Encourage service excellence and build strong client and tenant relationships
* Work with the Assistant Manager to manage approved contractors and expand the panel
* Support team events and internal initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in residential lettings or property management
* Leadership or senior experience preferred
* ARLA qualifications are an advantage
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* IT proficient, including MS Office
Hours: Primarily MondayFriday, 8.30am5.30pm
