Role: Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
The Reporting Lead will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, and SCM modules, focusing on reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics. This individual will oversee the end-to-end reporting workstream, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources, managing reporting requirements, and delivering a comprehensive reporting strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a reporting team, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and objectives.
2. Reporting Catalogue Mapping and Gapping: Map current reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion capabilities, identify gaps, and design solutions using Oracle's reporting tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.
3. Customer Workshops and Engagement: Lead workshops to gather requirements, align expectations, and guide on Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities. Serve as the primary contact for reporting escalations.
4. Reporting Strategy Development: Develop strategies leveraging Oracle's native tools to meet real-time and historical reporting needs, aligned with organizational goals for standardization, data integrity, and decision-making.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional and technical leads, maintain open communication, and update stakeholders on reporting progress.
6. Governance and Best Practices: Establish governance processes for reporting development, promote standardized solutions, and support scalability.
7. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify reporting risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations promptly.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, especially in reporting and analytics.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including offshore and onshore resources.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with workshop experience.
* Strong project management skills, prioritization, and deadline management.
* Analytical mindset for translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
* Familiarity with governance and best practices for Oracle Fusion reporting.
