AsaCylinderOperativeyouwillbe: Workingwithexcellentattentiontodetail,youwillberesponsibleforthesafehandlingandsortingofgascylinders. Makesurecylindersarestoredsafelyinthecorrectpalletsorpens. Carryoutinspectionsonallcylindersbeforepickingandpalletassembly,thenconfirmtheyarecorrectlyloadedontovehicles.Anydefectiveorsubstandardcylindersmustbesegregatedforremedialaction. Fillcylindersinlinewiththehighestqualitystandardsandagreedstandardtimes. Inspectallcylindersbothbeforeandafterfilling,ensuringtheyaresealedinaccordancewithrequirements. Completeallrequireddocumentation,conductdailypre-fillinginspectionchecks,andmanageanycylindersrequiringmaintenanceappropriately. Accuratelycompletealldocumentationandperformdailypre-useinspectioncheckstoconfirmequipmentsuchastrolleysandforklifttrucksisingoodworkingorder. Takeresponsibilityformaintainingasafe,organised,tidy,andwell-maintainedworkingareaandsitetothehigheststandard. Workwithinandpromoteasafety-firstenvironment,activelyfollowingsafepracticesandsupportingyourmanagerandteamwithtasksasrequired. TobesuccessfulasCylinderOperativeyouwill: Forkliftlicenceispreferablebutnotessential. Excellentcommunicationandlisteningskills,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofateamandbuildpositiveworkingrelationships. Self-motivatedandwellorganised,withastrongcommitmenttocompletingtaskssafely.
