Your Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Leisure Facilities Manager to deliver an exceptional sport and leisure service. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to all policies, codes of practice, and government legislation regarding hygiene, health and safety, and first aid.
* Staffing Organizer: Manage duty shift rosters and staffing levels to meet service requirements.
* Quality Checker: Regularly assess equipment to ensure it meets health & safety standards and customer expectations.
* Facility Guardian: Open and close the facility according to your designated shift pattern.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You hold a Lifeguard RLSS accredited training.
* You have current pool plant training.
* You possess experience in a similar role and thrive in a team environment.
