Mencap are seeking Female Support Workers to join our team in Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy. Various hours are available. It is essential that you are a driver for this role.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
* Full, valid UK driving license and access to your own car are required.

Full-time (37.5 hours)
Shift times:
Most of our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
