What You’ll Do: Comply with all legislative, Client and Company Policies, procedures, and guidelines. Carry out catering duties to a high standard. This will include serving on the counters and replenishing when required. Display a sound, up to date knowledge of current menu and safe practices. Will be required to work on counters, cleaning of dining room, plate wash and pan wash, you will also be required to assist in the cleaning of all FOH areas and the kitchen. Have a sound knowledge of safe catering practices and basic catering skills. Perform any other duties required to complete team tasks. What We’re Looking For: Legal right to work in the UK and ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (residency waivers available). Silver Service trained and experienced. (ideally) High standards displayed in personal hygiene, appearance, and general demeanour. Evidence of self-control under pressure. Proven track record of regular and consistent attendance, good health, and social behaviour. Sound knowledge of safe catering hygiene procedures and basic food preparation skills.
