The Role: As the Senior Operational Lead – Sterile and Aseptic Manufacturing, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacture of veterinary products. You'll lead high-performing teams, champion regulatory excellence, and steer operational transformations to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do: * Inspire and lead large cross-functional teams in a high-compliance, fast-paced setting. * Champion regulatory excellence, ensuring strict adherence to GMP, MHRA, FDA, and EU standards. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and operational innovation. * Lead complex site turnarounds, optimise processes, and exceed production KPIs. * Build bridges across departments — Quality, Engineering, Validation — to ensure seamless operations. * Navigate and lead external audits with confidence and success. * Mentor future leaders, developing talent pipelines and upskilling your team. * Own compliance, quality, and performance targets from the floor to the boardroom. Ideal Candidate: * A degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience). * 10 years in manufacturing leadership, with 5 years in sterile operations. * Strategic leadership experience with board-level exposure. * Proven expertise in aseptic techniques, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. * Strong grasp of Lean/CI tools and manufacturing technologies. * EHS and Quality Management System experience. * A motivator, a mentor, a problem-solver, and above all — a team player.
