Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into lessons when teachers are unavailable and help maintain a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervising lessons using pre‑set work
* Keeping students focused and engaged
* Managing classroom behaviour professionally
* Supporting the school's routines and expectations
* Reporting back to teaching staff after lessons
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong communication skills
* Adaptability and quick thinking
* Remaining calm under pressure
* Building positive relationships
* Leadership, resilience, confidence, and the ability to motivate others (especially if you have a sporting or coaching background)
* No previous classroom experience required
